Ed DMX, más conocido como DMX Krew, es uno de los músicos más prolíficos de los últimos años, principalmente dentro del techno y el electro, y muy bien conocido por sus trabajos para sellos de culto como Rephlex, y otros como Strange Life, Shipwrec, Abstract Forms, CPU, …entre otros muchos.
Desde Madrid, el sello Fundamental Records publicó el pasado año un doble álbum en edición limitada “100 Tears”, que se agotó en 48 horas y que es imposible de conseguir ya (a no ser que pagues un altísimo precio en Discogs)
Ahora, de la mano también de Fundamental Records, acaba de salir una edición muy especial para celebrar los 20 años de carrera de DMX Krew. Se trata de una compilación en 12 vinilos, exquisítamente diseñados, que incluyen temas inéditos desde los archivos del autor, además de versiones alternativas de temas antiguos, nuevas remezclas de otros, y algunos clásicos remasterizados. Han sido escrupulosamente seleccionados por Ed DMX , y remasterizados desde las fuentes originales (DATs) para esta edición en vinilo por Alek Stark. Se ha buscado en todo momento lograr el mejor sonido posible y el resultado es inmejorable.
Incluidos en esta selección hay remezclas inéditas de JTC, Cylob, Jodey Kendrick, Bintus, Lotek Style, Brian Ellis, DJ Di’jital, Aux88 y Aphex Twin.
